These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the websites, products, and services operated by Garuda BoxVision ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Who We Are

Garuda BoxVision is a DPIIT-registered sports technology startup incorporated in India, founded by alumni of IIT (BHU) Varanasi. We build AI-powered sports intelligence products including Wingball, xTract, Hive, and Umpire+.

2. Use of Our Services

You may use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use our services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations in India or your jurisdiction
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems or services
• Transmit any material that is harmful, offensive, or infringes the rights of others
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or harvest data from our websites without written permission
• Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of our services without express written permission

3. Accounts and Beta Access

Certain services, including Wingball beta access and xTract pilot registration, require you to provide information such as your name, email address, and organisation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel access at our discretion, particularly if these Terms are violated.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on our websites and within our products, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, algorithms, and trademarks, is the property of Garuda BoxVision and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our brand names, trademarks, or product names without prior written consent.

5. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with or link to third-party platforms (such as Airtable for form submissions or social media platforms). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third parties. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.

6. Disclaimers

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content
• The uninterrupted or error-free operation of our services
• The fitness of our products for any particular purpose

Products listed as "in development" or "on the horizon" are not yet commercially available. Features, timelines, and pricing are subject to change.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, Garuda BoxVision shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or INR 1,000, whichever is greater.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
