It started with a gap so obvious it was almost embarrassing. And a question nobody was seriously trying to answer.
Harsh
Harsh played cricket and badminton growing up. Not casually. It was how he made sense of things. He brought that same obsession to engineering: computer vision, AI pipelines, years of research going deep into a problem most people hadn't noticed yet. Why does elite sports intelligence only exist at the very top of the pyramid?
Swagat
Swagat played table tennis at school. Competitive enough to care, not good enough to make it a career. He showed up for every sport on the calendar because that feeling of competing was worth something. That instinct turned into design work, brand strategy, GTM. The craft of making difficult technology feel like something people actually want.

They were growing up separately. Different cities, completely different timelines. They didn't know each other yet.
Then JEE happened. Both cleared it. Both ended up at IIT (BHU) Varanasi, one of the most competitive engineering programs in the country, and genuinely a place that changes how you think. Two people from different cities, brought to the same campus by the same exam.

They met. Became close friends. The kind of close where you disagree constantly and agree on the things that actually matter.
For a while they stayed in their lanes. Harsh going deeper into research, side projects, pipelines. Swagat building brands and learning how GTM actually works. Two different problems, slowly converging.
Then one evening they sat down and talked it through properly. No slides. No pitch. Just the question both had been circling without saying out loud.
"What if access to your own performance wasn't a privilege?"
That was the whole thing. Garuda BoxVision was born that night.
Our long-term ambition is a domain intelligence system that understands sport the way no general platform ever will — trained continuously on real human athletic behaviour across every layer of the game, getting smarter with every match played anywhere in the world.
